AIG Canada’s Diversity and Inclusion council members represent a broad level of experience. Together with the Global Office of Diversity & Inclusion, the mandate of the Council is to:
- Drive diversity strategies and support strategic Diversity and Inclusion objectives
- Implement activities to promote talent acquisition and development efforts, an inclusive work environment and strong business partnerships
- Share best Diversity and Inclusion practices among other regions
- Enhance diversity and inclusiveness at AIG through cultural awareness activities and community focused events
- Partner with Employee Resource Groups to promote or market regional activities
