The Global Office of Diversity & Inclusion is committed to ensuring the long-term success of AIG. The Office is headed by the Global Chief Diversity Officer and a team of highly-motivated professionals who possess a passionate interest in supporting the Company’s diversity and inclusion objectives. The Office of Diversity & Inclusion works closely with colleagues in the Talent Management Center of Expertise and business leaders on our Regional Diversity Councils and Talent Steering Groups.
The Office of Diversity & Inclusion focuses current initiatives and processes in three areas:
